Our service prices are based on time. Your appointment will be individually tailored for you. We have stylists available at a few different rates to meet your needs. Owner, Haircuts & Color

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Mags was made for bigger and brighter and so they made their way to Brooklyn in 2005. Since then, fate and destiny continued to work in their favor, bringing them to Exhibit Salon. Her belief system, strongly rooted in intersectional queer feminism and body positivity, was a natural marriage with her design education and she launched her own line of spandex clothing, Booty & the Geek. Their designs have been making people feel good, grow confidence, and have fun for over 7 years.
Mags’ strengths are in making their clients feel completely at ease, while giving them the hair of their dreams-wether that be thru a gender-affirming style, embracing their texture, or vivid fantasy colors. They love working with you to get you to your vision with hair that you can style on your own and feel good in and they live for a big transformation.
When they aren’t at work, Mags can be found at home enjoying neighborhood gossip, scouring the internet for pink appliances, and having a true-crime documentary marathon with their rescue pets: Robbi Jo, a nervous terrier (who is also the salon dog), and a cockatiel named Sonny Birdo. And ask if they've got any foster cats available for adoption!

Jasmine kokoszka (she/her)

Jasmine hails from Austin, Texas, and is passionate about creating a nook in the so-called beauty industry that rejects beauty standards. Providing someone’s first gender-affirming haircut or helping folks find their own version of visible queerness has become a significant part of her practice & remains her greatest honor! Approaching each service with curiosity and eagerness helps identify challenges or opportunities for change - no matter what the desired result is. Jasmine provides services using only vegan products & loves offering advice and treatments for scalp struggles as well as collaborating on your hair regimen.
Outside of the salon, Jasmine is into watching utterly bizarre movies, searching for depression-era glassware, or goin’ out to see music or drag. More likely than not she’ll be at home snuggled up with her kitties, Parking Lot, and Bèla Lugosi.

Haircuts and Scalp Treatments
$120/hr
Once a design student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, Jess Rizzo decided she needed to take her artistic skills to the next level. Six months into a five-year stint in Philadelphia, she ultimately decided to attend the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute to study cosmetology, and it was there she had been doing hair since 2018. Since then, Jess has taken on the challenge of design in a three-dimensional space, viewing every haircut as its own sculpture. More specifically, what Jess loves most about hair is that it is a collaboration between the stylist and the client, and does what she can to address each client’s specific needs. Her specialty includes razor cut shags, precision cuts, and curly haircutting, and despite being newer in the industry she will stop at nothing to perfect her craft.
In her free time, she enjoys thrifting and spending time with her cat Marni.
Devon Estrella Ramirez (she/her)

Devon grew up just outside of Sacramento, California. Knowing she wanted more than her small hometown could offer, she moved to the Bay Area just after graduating from cosmetology school. She was immediately inspired by the art and culture of the Bay. She looked around and saw hair of all textures. Growing up a curly girl herself, Devon noticed a void in the beauty industry. She made it her mission to create a safe space for people of all textures to have their waves, curls, and coils cared for with the utmost consideration and attention to detail. In the summer of 2022, she opened her own salon studio, The Neighborhood Salon, in Oakland, Ca. Now she’s taking her love of art and beauty to Brooklyn, New York!
Devon believes our hair has always been a big part of who we are, especially for people of color. It’s no longer about changing ourselves to meet society’s expectations of who we should be or what is appropriate. It’s about feeling beautiful as we are with what we have and celebrating our roots. It’s about showing our innermost selves and being our art.

Meet Angelis, or as most people like to call her, Angie! Originally from the vibrant island of Puerto Rico, Angie's journey started with dreams of treading the boards as a theater teacher. But as fate would have it, life whisked her away to the continental US in 2018, where she discovered her true calling: making people feel fabulous about themselves!
Behind the salon chair, Angie is a wizard with her funky razor cuts, mesmerizing dimensional Balayages, and daringly creative colors. Whether you're craving a subtle natural look or itching to unleash a kaleidoscope of hues, she's your gal!
Angie thrives on defying hair norms, reveling in the weird and wonderful. So, don't hold back—let your imagination run wild when you hop into her styling throne. She's all about embracing the real you, quirks and all!
When she's not transforming tresses, you'll find Angie exploring the wonders of the American Museum of Natural History (no, she doesn't work there, but she practically lives there!), or indulging in her plethora of ADHD-fueled hobbies. From digital art to jewelry making, sewing to photography—Angie's creativity knows no bounds! And when she's not lost in her artistic pursuits, you'll catch her lounging with her feline companions, Sage & Nova.
