Cancellation Policies

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard.

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be honored at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments. 

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation policy and penalties.

Credit Cards are required on file for ALL appointments. A 50% deposit is required for all appointments over 1 hour. This deposit is only refundable if you cancel outside of the appropriate time window.

To cancel, we require 48 hr notice for color appointments, and 24 hr notice for cut appointments. If you cancel with less than the required notice you're subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked. In the event you book an appointment with us and do not show up, “no show”, clients will be charged 100% of the service booked.

 We value our employees’ time and work to ensure that they are fairly compensated for their time - ALL of their time. So please help us respect our staff by giving what we consider reasonable notice of changes or cancellations.  

If you have used henna, box dye, or drug store hair products you MUST have a consultation before receiving a color service. You may be asked to sign a waiver and you may be required to have a strand test performed before receiving a color or treatment service. All services are performed at the stylists’ discretion.  

Please notify us within a week of your completed service if you’d like to make any adjustments. We will contact your stylist and get back to you by the end of the next business day.
