We come from different places, different backgrounds, and different styles, but we're all here because we want to be.
Megan was living in Chapel Hill, dreaming of a way to have a career that she was passionate about, while honoring and giving space for her various creative musings; music being at its core. It’s been ten years since Megan stepped behind the chair and began working to build the life she wanted. She has grown to become a master color and cut specialist who especially enjoys working with curly textures and giving structured haircuts that wear well over time. Becoming a stylist and salon owner has given her the creative and collaborative outlet needed while creating a space to care for clients and build a community. She wanted the salon to be a place that facilitated a relaxed client experience, practiced the ethical treatment of employees, supported local artists and charitable organizations--her vision of what a modern, socially-conscious salon could be.
She loves the freedom this salon has given her to grow, not only in her professional career but in her personal life. The relationships she’s built with her clients and coworkers are something she holds very dear and why she loves what she does.

Aggie has been doing hair for over a decade. Originally from South Florida, an ideal environment to study how climate and humidity will impact hair, Aggie focused on air drying techniques and bringing out natural textures under her Vidal Sassoon mentor for 3 years. Since then, her desire to learn to execute a balance of moisture, advanced haircut techniques and low-maintenance styling to encourage a beautiful air dry result has been the primary focus of her career. Six years ago she brought this expertise to Brooklyn where she is committed to educating herself from top stylists around the world (such as Corinna with Pony Salon & Education, Jayne with Edo Salon & Gallery, and many more). She continues this work with her clients every day, guiding them on how to effortlessly air dry and style the perfect cut, and how by working with what you have you can achieve a natural and uncomplicated finish with minimal effort.
We’re so happy that natural texture is finally getting its place in the sun.

She mastered precision-based scissor and razor cutting from her time spent working at Arrojo Studio, where she went on to become an advanced educator and traveled internationally sharing her expertise. Emily is technically precise with a clear creative vision and is passionate about making her clients feel confident while giving them effortless hair. Days off are usually spent galavanting upstate with her husband and her exuberant Pittie, Ramen.
Katie packed up her creativity (along with her cat Binx) and headed from Bozeman, Montana to New York City to further her passion. With years under her belt as a hairstylist and a color educator, her main motivation has always been her love of doing hair. Her new city has inspired that spark even more, feeling excitement and discovering new ideas everywhere she turns. Katie’s style of doing hair has always been crafting effortless looks while keeping them fashion forward. Not shy of using bold colors or adding a boho western flare, she knew she would find her dream clientele at a salon home in Brooklyn.
Katie's commitment to her industry is to give back to her clients what doing hair has given her...happiness. She looks forward to seeing you soon!
Bronwyn’s professional life has had many sides since leaving the midwest and becoming the Manager at Exhibit Salon. First as a jewelry artist while working in business management in upstate New York and Connecticut. Later they went on to spend four years in the LGBTQIA+ non-profit sector working for marriage rights, employment reform, inclusive education policy and anti-bullying campaigns in NYC and Southern California. While working closely within the queer community, Bronwyn developed an interest in the process to which personal style aided in feeling comfortable with oneself, with a particular curiosity in hairstyling and how it could champion individuality and self love. They were the first winner of the Vidal Sassoon: Beauty Changes Lives Scholarship and went on to study at Arrojo Cosmetology School. They spent nearly three years as an Editorial and Film stylist before starting at Exhibit. Bronwyn loves how all of their combined interests and talents are valued and utilized in this career.
They are proud to know each and every one of their coworkers and appreciate the passion, creativity and integrity they bring to the Exhibit family. They especially value working for a business owner (Megan) who truly embodies the ethos of ‘practicing what you preach’, setting an incredible standard to aspire to both personally and professionally.
